About Hannah

Hannah Marie Holshue “The Strong RD” is a Registered Dietitian, Sports Nutritionist, and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. 

Combining the nutritional, psychological, and exercise sciences, Hannah provides the highest level of nutrition services, specializing in weight loss, sustainable lifestyle change, physique and sports nutrition.

Her philosophy: “Everything in moderation.” She understands, personally and professionally, the physical and mental dangers of extreme dieting. As a wellness practitioner, Hannah shifts the focus from weight reduction to better health and enhanced quality of life. She encourages her clients to view eating as an experience that nourishes the mind and body.

After facing weight and health struggles at a young age, she made it her life’s mission to be an expert in the field of nutrition to help others overcome their challenges.


During her long-standing battle with anorexia nervosa, Hannah found strength in lifting weights. After taking up the sport of powerlifting, she made a full recovery from her eating and body image disorders. Fueling for optimal performance unleashed a new personal and professional passion. Now, as “The Strong RD,” she aims to inspire others to become the strongest version of themselves, physically and mentally.

Hannah is a part-time powerlifter and full-time content creator (some of her best video ideas strike in the 4 am hour!) At home, Hannah is a wife to her loving and supportive husband (and business partner), Andrew, and a proud fur mom to her tuxedo cat, Mr. Bond, and rescue pup, Camper.
