Hi there! My name is Hannah Marie – aka The Strong RD – and I am your personal nutrition, fitness, and wellness expert!
I have been studying Nutrition since 2015. Along the way, I tried my hand at recreational powerlifting and developed a fiery passion for fitness. In 2019, I supplemented my Nutrition & Dietetics curriculum with the study of Exercise Science. After completing the coursework for Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, and Exercise Prescription, it became clear that my true passion is combining my love for nutrition and exercise.
In May 2020, I graduated Summa Cum Laude with my B.S. degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science, with a minor in Biological Sciences.
Recently, I earned my M.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics, with a graduate certificate in Wellness Coaching. In 2022, I will be eligible to sit for the National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach exam.
After completing 1200 hours of supervised practice, I passed the Registration Examination for Dietitians – on my first attempt 😉

It is very important to me that you understand I am qualified to educate about the complex components of Nutrition, Exercise Science, and Professional Wellness Coaching. I am not your average internet guru! I believe in nothing short of a scientific, evidenced-based approach to health, nutrition and fitness.
