Hi there! My name is Hannah Marie Holshue and I am your personal nutrition, fitness, and wellness expert!
I have been studying Nutrition since 2015. Along the way, I tried my hand at recreational powerlifting and developed a fiery passion for fitness. In 2019, I supplemented the study of Exercise Science with my Nutrition & Dietetics curriculum to become a Registered Dietitian. After completing the coursework for Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, and Exercise Prescription, it became clear that my true passion is combining my love for nutrition and exercise.
In May 2020, I graduated Summa Cum Laude with my B.S. degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with a minor in Biological Sciences. I am on track to sit for the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification this academic year.
Recently, I earned my M.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics, with a graduate certificate in Wellness Coaching. By the end of 2021, I will be eligible to sit for both the National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach exam and the RD Registration Examination.
As I work toward my RD credential, I have a wealth of knowledge to share with YOU!
It is very important to me that you understand I am qualified to educate about the complex components of Nutrition, Exercise Science, and Professional Wellness Coaching. I am not your average internet guru! I believe in nothing short of a scientific, evidenced-based approach to health, nutrition and fitness.
