“Hannah is amazing! I was introduced to her by my fitness instructor who I trust. I was seeking a quick weight loss of 10 lbs and Hannah educated me on why this is not sustainable. She taught me that the combination of a balanced diet and workout program over time provides slow and steady results. I was seeking it in numbers on the scale and she taught me the importance of measuring progress in inches, not necessarily pounds. This was a change in mindset for me and was frustrating as I was doing the work and not seeing it on the scale. Hannah was patient and supportive of my struggles and taught me to look at my weight loss journey through a different lens. 

I also struggled with planning meals and eating more daily than I was accustomed to due to my full-time job. Hannah provided me with many quick nutritious options that made meal planning for the day easier.
